Pokemon X and Y

Announced this morning: The SIXTH generation of Pokemon is set to release October 2013.

Yes, its a 3DS game. I believe that makes it attractive enough for me to buy it.

Otherwise, the starters look... derpy, for lack of a better word. What do you guys think?

To me, the Grass starter looks like... well, a grass version of Oshawott. I'm still prolly gonna end up snagging the water type though. He looks a little strange but I can dig it.

From the trailer though, looks like there were signs of dual typing in the starters again. Saw the grass one use what looked like a dark type move, fire used what looked to be psychic, and water used what looked like fighting. The fact that it's also getting released everywhere in October is quite nice as well.

Pokemon now is just a "give me your wallets thing" for Nintendo. As long as it keeps raking in the money, they're likely to continue ... and make a generation FILLED WITH BIDOOFS. I'm crazy. I think I'd still buy it.

That statement just fills me with terror and ruffles my feathers. I think i'd skip the Pokemon Bidoof Edition... i feel it'd be kinda dull. Lol

It's not that there is no love/hate for them, it's just that Bidoof is more "UGH" than them. Imagin Pokemon Bidoof and Pokemon Patrat version, now THAT would be horrible.

I might consider battling again. I retired from competitive battling a long while ago after defeating my two biggest rivals. Rather rusty @_@

Ok this site is pretty much dying so I'm thinking I should shut it down. Even so, I was talking to Thor today and I came up with the idea to make a facebook group... if you like the idea say yay, if you don't then say nay. If you don't reply I'll take it as a nay. Just tell me what you think.

As you may have noticed, I've made some changes around the site. Mainly, the addition of the portal page with the Xat chat on it, other than that, on the forum i've added some sidebars.
